The first 10 get things moving. For each design’s first launch, your payment reserves your piece. The initial production order is approved once 10 pieces of that design have been reserved. This threshold applies only once: after the design has launched, subsequent orders are processed normally, without waiting for another group of 10.

For R’N’B polos, T-shirts and sleeveless jerseys, allow 4–6 weeks for manufacturing from the actual start of production. This lead time still applies after the first 10 pieces: normal processing does not mean immediate dispatch. Transit follows, generally taking 3–5 business days after dispatch.

If the initial threshold is not reached during the drop, your reservation automatically rolls over to the next drop, with no new order or second payment. We will email you when production starts.
