RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return period
Rock’n’Bloc voluntarily allows 14 days from receipt to request the return of a physical item.

Conditions
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with any accessories. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, email ello@rocknbloc.com before sending anything back.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective, damaged or different from the item ordered. Returns sent without a prior request may be refused.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene or safety reasons, personalised products and products that have been used, unsealed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Annual association memberships and member benefits are not physical goods; any cancellation request must be sent to ello@rocknbloc.com and will be reviewed according to whether benefits have been activated and the applicable law.

R’N’B Picks pre-orders on hold

If the initial threshold is not reached during the drop, your reservation automatically rolls over to the next drop, with no new order or second payment. We will email you when production starts. For questions or a cancellation request while waiting, email ello@rocknbloc.com with your order number; your request will be reviewed according to the order’s status and your applicable rights.

The threshold of 10 pieces per design applies only to its first launch, not to every subsequent order. A cancellation request while waiting is separate from a return after delivery. This clarification does not limit any applicable mandatory rights.

Damaged items or order errors
Check your order on arrival. Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will inform you of our decision. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear then depends on the bank or payment issuer. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless we made an error or the product is defective.

Exchanges
To obtain a different size or another item, contact us at ello@rocknbloc.com to check availability.

This policy supplements any applicable mandatory rights and does not limit them.
