TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

1. IDENTITY
The www.rocknbloc.com store is operated by Association Rock’n’Bloc, Chemin du Collège 2, 1279 Chavannes-de-Bogis, Switzerland. Contact: ello@rocknbloc.com.

2. SCOPE
These terms govern use of the website, the sale of the products offered and the purchase of Rock’n’Bloc memberships. Customers can review these terms before placing an order. Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
Rock’n’Bloc strives to accurately present product features, dimensions, colours, availability and prices. Images may differ slightly depending on the screen. An obvious error may be corrected before final acceptance of an order.

4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are presented before payment is confirmed. For international deliveries, the destination country may charge import or customs fees when these are not included at checkout.

5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
Before paying, customers can review and correct their cart and contact details. The order is submitted at the final payment step. A confirmation is then sent by email. Rock’n’Bloc may refuse or cancel an order in the event of unavailability, suspected fraud, an obvious error or inability to fulfil it; the amounts concerned will then be refunded.

5.1. R’N’B PICKS — FIRST LAUNCH

The first 10 get things moving. For each design’s first launch, your payment reserves your piece. The initial production order is approved once 10 pieces of that design have been reserved. This threshold applies only once: after the design has launched, subsequent orders are processed normally, without waiting for another group of 10.

If the initial threshold is not reached during the drop, your reservation automatically rolls over to the next drop, with no new order or second payment. We will email you when production starts. For questions or a cancellation request while waiting, email ello@rocknbloc.com with your order number; your request will be reviewed according to the order’s status and your applicable rights.

After this first launch, no new threshold of 10 is required. Items remain made to order. Polos, T-shirts and sleeveless jerseys all require 4–6 weeks of manufacturing from the start of production, followed by transit. Details are provided on the product page and in the Shipping Policy.

6. PAYMENT
Payment is processed using the methods offered at the time of ordering. Payment information is handled by the store’s payment providers in accordance with their security rules.

7. DELIVERY
Delivery areas, rates and indicative timeframes are set out in the Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. Timeframes may vary for reasons beyond Rock’n’Bloc’s control.

8. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on the store. Rock’n’Bloc voluntarily allows a 14-day return period for physical items that meet the conditions of that policy. Mandatory rights, including those relating to defective products and those applicable to consumers according to their country of residence, remain unaffected.

9. ROCK’N’BLOC MEMBERSHIPS
CREW, SEND and DISORDER memberships provide access to the benefits described on the FAMILY page and the corresponding product page for one year from payment. They are personal and renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date through the subscription management link or customer account. Discounts and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred and may be subject to the conditions stated in the offer. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their account information and the confidentiality of their access credentials. They must promptly report any unauthorised use.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website’s content, creations, text, visuals and brand elements are protected. Reproduction or use without prior permission is prohibited, subject to exceptions provided by law.

12. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is described in the store’s Privacy Policy. Shopify services and providers necessary for payment, delivery or operation of the website may process certain data for these purposes.

13. LIABILITY
Rock’n’Bloc is responsible for its obligations in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction applicable to consumers remain unaffected. If a difficulty arises, customers are encouraged to first contact Rock’n’Bloc at ello@rocknbloc.com to seek an amicable solution.

15. CHANGES
Rock’n’Bloc may update these terms. The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time that order is placed.
